How to use your Emirates boarding pass for UAE discounts of up to 50%
My Emirates Pass runs October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027. Save your boarding pass, carry photo ID and check individual offers before using discounts at participating UAE businesses.
Keep your Emirates boarding pass after landing: My Emirates Pass offers discounts of up to 50% at hundreds of participating restaurants, leisure venues and shops across the UAE. Here’s how to use it on your next visit.
1. Save the right boarding pass. You need an Emirates boarding pass for travel between October 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027. Keep the paper copy or take a screenshot of the mobile version so you can retrieve it later.
2. Find offers before heading out. Browse My Emirates Pass on Emirates’ website. Filter by Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Ras Al Khaimah, then narrow the results by neighbourhood and category: dining, leisure, mind & body, or retail & shopping.
3. Read each listing’s restrictions. Discounts vary; 50% is the maximum, not a standard saving. Benefits normally cover only the named passenger, although some offers extend to a group. Check that detail before choosing a restaurant or activity for several people.
4. Bring photo ID. Present it with your eligible boarding pass to claim the offer. You can reuse the same pass throughout the promotion, including months after your flight, but redemptions must fall within the October 1–March 31 window.
Use the discounts to lower spending on activities and meals you already want; compare the final cost rather than choosing solely by the advertised percentage.
