How to earn up to 7,200 Emirates Skywards bonus miles on a Dubai stay
Register, book directly and stay at least 24 hours to earn Emirates’ Dubai bonus. The offer tops out after five days, and a US Level 3 travel advisory warrants attention before booking.
Emirates’ new Dubai promotion awards one bonus Skywards mile per minute of your visit—but stops at 7,200 miles. Treat it as an extra for a trip you already intend to take, not a reason to extend your stay beyond five days.
1. Check travel advice first. The source reports a US State Department Level 3 advisory for the UAE, urging travellers to reconsider travel. US travellers should review the current advisory; Canadians should also check Canada’s travel advice before committing.
2. Have a Skywards account and register for the promotion. All Skywards members are eligible, including Canadian and US travellers. This is a Skywards bonus, not an Aeroplan, WestJet Rewards, MileagePlus, AAdvantage or SkyMiles offer.
3. Book directly with Emirates or flydubai between October 21 and November 5, 2026, for travel between October 21 and December 13, 2026. Your ticket must be roundtrip, start outside the UAE and qualify to earn Skywards miles. Award tickets do not qualify.
4. Build in a Dubai stay of 24 hours to 30 days. Dubai can be your destination or an extended stopover within a roundtrip itinerary. Emirates calculates the bonus using your ticketed itinerary, rather than tracking your time on the ground.
5. Stop counting at five days. The rate works out to 1,440 bonus miles per day, with a 7,200-mile ceiling per member. A longer eligible visit earns no additional promotional miles once you reach that cap.
No fares in CAD or USD, cash savings or redemption values are supplied, so compare the full trip cost before booking. Keep your Emirates boarding pass, too: the separate My Emirates Pass programme offers discounts at participating retailers across the UAE.
